For many of us, it feels like the world is moving at break-neck speed and we are dancing as fast as we can to keep up.  Demands at work, at home, and inside our own minds can become overwhelming and we lose our sense of purpose.  For many people who are faced with big life-changes or who just want to regain the
ir sense of purpose, coaching provides a safe place to unpack our own thoughts and circumstances, and to take the steps necessary to sort through the things keeping us stuck, helping us re-establish a sense of peace and purpose. 


I spent many years on a path that kept me confined to a way of life that wasn't right for me.  Now, as a coach I help people clarify and create what they want most from life, work, and relationships. I work with my clients as partners. 

what is coaching?

My coaching style is built on compassionate listening, helping you get clear about what's right for you in different parts of your life,  and helping to ready you to take action towards those goals, but only when you're ready.  My program is not designed around giving career, relationship, or any other kind of advice or instruction. 

We'll think creatively together about whatever is keeping you stuck.  I'll invite you to begin thinking differently about that job you hate, that relationship that's making you crazy, those demands of work vs. home, those extra pounds you can't seem to lose. I'll teach you some basic tools for re-wiring your own thoughts and for getting back in touch with your core of peace.   I use a variety of exercises and tools, and just good old fashioned listening, to help my clients move forward.  Most importantly, I'll meet you wherever you are on your journey.
